Wool Market This Weekend
The Wool Market offers families an amazing chance to experience hands-on learning and fun – for free! Get to know an array of fiber producing animals like llamas, alpacas, rabbits, sheep and more. Browse dozens of booths with unique wool products. Enjoy demonstrations in weaving, spinning & shearing. Watch the fun antics as the animals are put on show.
The event is free and open to the public this Saturday, June 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Parking is available on site for $5.
The Estes Park Wool Market is happy to announce the new and exciting happenings for 2014. Guests of the Wool Market can anticipate to see live entertainment, beer and wine garden, snap shot workshops, pony and tractor rides, improved exhibitor layouts and a newly designed vendor barn!
The 2nd Annual FACE of Fiber in the Rockies, at the historic Elkhorn Lodge, will take place on June 6-8. In addition to the event there will also be a vendor reception on Friday, June 6, 2014 from 7-9 p.m., complete with cookies, punch and discounted Cheesy Lee’s Pizza.
