Assistant Town Administrator Lowell Richardson was presented with a plaque and Resolution of Respect at last night’s Town Board meeting. Lowell has been with the Town of Estes Park for 12 years. He joined Estes Park in 2001 and served as Chief of Police until 2008 when he moved into the Administration Department to serve as Assistant Town Administrator. Lowell will join the Commerce City Police Department as the new Deputy Chief for Support Services beginning September 17. His last day with the Town of Estes Park is September 11. We thank Lowell for his service to the Town of Estes Park and wish him well in his future endeavor.
