Our Lady Of The Mountains Catholic Church Extends Thank You To All

Very Reverend Grzegorz Cioch, V.F., Pastor, and the Musicians of Our Lady of the Mountains wish to extend their appreciation to all who attended their August 10 Sacred Music Concert and Open House, “Sing Glory and Praise to God.” This event was a celebration of the near completion of the Church’s building expansion project.  The outpouring of support for this project has been heart-warming.

A lovely concert of solo, ensemble, and choir music was performed by: Monica Ball, Lori Burnham, Brenda Brown, Deacon J. D. Dorwart, Francis Fiedler, Michelle Gergen-Wisner, Jeanne Horrigan, Maureen Kolzow,  Pat Lawrence, Reenie Matthews, Jack Overly, Gary Reeves, Judy Schreiber, Dennis Starbuck, Adam Thomas, Mike Walker, Scott Anderson, Guest Vocalist Anna Ruth Thomas, guest piano accompanist.

We extend a very special thank you to Lori Burnham who envisioned and brought to fruition this beautiful celebration.

Lori indicated that a lovely event such as this always takes the dedication and efforts of all involved—performers and folks handling tasks on the sidelines.  She wishes to acknowledge Michelle Gergen-Wisner, Jack Overly, and Gary Reeves, for their gifts of extra time and help.

Appreciation also goes to the members of our SumTimers Ministry who donated and served the refreshments; Karen’s Flowers of Estes, Inc. for the beautiful flowers on the altar; Joe Phillips, Paul Brown, and Don Saucier of the Knights of Columbus; Jim Callowich, Shirley Reece, Mike Hipsher, Chuck and Julie Varilek.
The musicians are hoping to do another concert in the future. You won’t want to miss it!
