This Saturday, August 17 don’t miss your chance to support the Mayor of Estes Park in a Mayor’s Challenge kayak race in Grand Lake. The event is part of the Spirit of the Lake Regatta and will pit Mayor Pinkham and his wife Sue against the Mayor of Grand Lake, Judy Burke and her teammate for a friendly competition.

The Spirit of the Lake is a Colorado River Headwaters Conservation fundraiser. This event is open to rowers, kayakers, canoeists and Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUPers), with separate starts for each division.
