In Support Of Sandy Begley And Chuck Levine For Park Hospital Dist. Board
To The Editor:
This letter is written in support of Sandy Begley and Chuck Levine as candidates for the Park Hospital District Board. My wife and I have known both Sandy and Chuck for several years. As full time residents of Estes Park, we are interested and invested in the community we call home. What happens and who is guiding what is happening is very important to us. We are proud to support two individuals who are up for election to the board this May 6th. We feel that both offer an important combination of experience and personal qualities that will positively impact the board and our community.
Sandy’s experience in her working career with Hewlett Packard and later Agilent has given her broad, global understanding and an ability to work with all types of people. The fast paced, high tech environment provided Sandy many opportunities to overcome challenges, problem solve and innovate. Her skills would be critical and valuable additions to the board.
Chuck’s working career with the Federal government has given him a unique perspective for taking action and making decisions in context of the bigger picture. His service to our town as trustee and mayor pro-tem has benefited from that experience. Hs ability to perceive and coordinate the many “pulses” of our community will be an asset to the board.
Both Sandy and Chuck will bring personal qualities with them as well. In our experience, they both are passionate, personable individuals. Both are team players, good listeners and value the views of others. They each love Estes Park and want to contribute to its future. Both are very good choices for the board.
