Family That Lost All Belongings In Fire Needs Your Help

It’s a sad and tragic story. Tina Brown, her 15 year old son Casey and her boyfriend Clinton lost everything they owned to a fire at their cabin in Glen Haven last weekend. The family is now in desperate need of clothing, funds and a place to live. Can you please help out?

The cause of the fire is still under investigation but all of the family’s belongings were destroyed in this terrible fire. Tina works at Ram’s Horn Village and they have very graciously given the family a place to stay, but that is just a temporary situation and the family really needs a new place to live.

This hard-working family works paycheck to paycheck and this fire has taken a great toll on their lives and they could really use all of our help. Right now, another of their biggest need is clothing. Here are their sizes:

Tina’s shoe size is ladies 9, clothing sizes 12-18.

Casey wears pants sized 29 waist 33-34 length, Clinton’s pants size is 32 waist 36 length.

Sean Park at Rocky Mountain Discount Liquor is working hard to help Tina and her family. Clothing donations can be dropped off at RM Discount Liquor, 350 W. Riverside Dr., (across from the big slide) and a donation jar has been set up there as well. A bank account has been set up at Boulder Valley Credit Union where people can donate to help the family. The road to recovery for the family will be long and hard. We need to come together as a community and help this family out.
