Estes Park High School and Thespian Troupe #7284 proudly present Kander and Ebb’s classic musical, Cabaret. The musical will be performed at 7 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 15, 16, 17, in the Estes Park High School Auditorium, 1600 Manford Avenue.

Cabaret dives deep into the dangerous world of pre-World War II Berlin. Following the activities of characters at the slinky Kit Kat Club, Cabaret explores the social tensions and fearful atmosphere of Germany during the Nazi Party’s rise to power.

Cabaret has been one of the most popular musicals the world over since it premiered on Broadway in 1966. The show features the iconic Sally Bowles, Cliff Bradshaw, and the unforgettable Master of Ceremonies performing the classic songs “Willkommen,” “Maybe This Time” and “Cabaret,” made famous on stage and screen by Liza Minnelli, Joel Grey, Alan Cumming and Judi Dench, among many others.

Tickets are $15 adults and $10 for students and may be purchased online at, the high school office or at the door the night of the performance. Parental guidance is suggested as the show contains mature content which may not be suitable for all ages.
