The Town recently implemented a secure, convenient and user-friendly online customer service portal for the Electric and Water utilities. The Electric and Water customer service portal provides numerous benefits to customers, and is available via www.estes.org/onlinepayments.
Finance Director Duane Hudson commented, "We recognize that customers want flexibility, accessibility, convenience and a user-friendly experience without sacrificing security. We believe these new features deliver them."
Electric and water customers are encouraged to register for an account so they can:
Sign up for paperless billing with email and text reminders
View and print current and past bills
View and pay multiple accounts at once
Securely save your payment information, using a credit card or electronic check
Schedule automatic payments from your checking account or credit card.
Pay bills via text
Customers currently making auto-drafted payments need not change payment methods, but can use the portal to get paperless bills.
Without registering for an account, customers can:
Use the "Pay Now" feature that allows for quick payment
Use the new automated phone payment system with features such as quick account balance review and payment with a credit card, debit card, or eCheck and an easy-to-use call flow.
Hudson continued "We're excited about these changes and they reflect our continual commitment to providing a superior customer service experience."
