The charge(s) are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
On July 13 at 8:26 a.m. police responded to 1400 block of Sunny Mead Lane where they issued a summons to a 69 year old female from Katy, TX for a violation against the wildlife protection ordinance due to unsecured trash.
On July 14 at 1:08 a.m. police responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Chapin Lane. On scene they discovered the 64 year old male suspect from Estes Park had fled. Upon apprehending the suspect, he was arrested and charged with DUI, DUI, per se and driving on a revoked license. He was transported to Larimer County Jail.
On July 19 at 1:22 a.m. police were called to a disturbance in the 100 block of Virginia Drive. Upon arrival they charged a 24 year old female from Estes Park with third degree assault, false imprisonment and domestic violence against a 26 year old victim. The suspect was transported to Larimer County Jail.
On July 17 at 11:41 p.m. police contacted a 62 year old female from Estes Park who was camping in the 200 block of W. Riverside Drive. She was charged with camping in a public place and later released.
On July 21 at 10:24 p.m. police responded to the 1300 block of Manford Ave. where they contacted a 28 year old male from Estes Park who was found to be wanted on several warrants. The warrants were for two counts of reckless driving, failure to drive in a single lane, two counts of failure to notify police, failure to report an accident, driving under revocation, operating an uninsured vehicle, displaying ficticious stickers and criminal mischief. He was transported to Larimer County Jail.
On July 21 at 11:24 p.m. police stopped a driver in the 1400 block of Big Thompson Ave. On scene they charged a 36 year old male driver from Elizabeth, CO with DUI, failure to drive on the right side of the roadway and failure to display headlights. He was later transported to Larimer County Jail.
