Estes Park Police Report

The charge(s) are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On July 24 at 5:26 p.m. a 23 year old female from Estes Park who was wanted on warrants from three sheriff’s offices turned herself in at the EPPD. She was wanted from Adams County Sheriff’s Dept. on failure to appear on a forgery case, criminal impersonation, DUI and domestic violence and from Boulder County Sheriff’s office for failure to comply with probation, criminal mischief and domestic violence and from the City of Boulder for failure to comply on probation, harassment and domestic violence. The female was transported to Larimer County Jail.

On July 25 at 10:32 p.m. police were called to the 100 block of W. Elkhorn Ave. on a noise complaint. Upon arrival they charged a 31 year old Estes Park male with a violation against the Town’s noise ordinance, amplified outdoor music.

On July 27 at 1:07 p.m. police were called to the 700 block of N. St. Vrain Ave. on a report of a harassment. Upon arrival they cited a 24 year old male from Chicago, IL for harassment. He was charged and later released on a summons.

On July 27 at 3:40 p.m. police were called to the 300 block of E. Elkhorn Ave. on a report of trespassing. On scene they arrested a 28 year old male from Estes Park for trespassing and he was later released on a summons.

On July 27 at 7:04 p.m. police were called to a disturbance in the 100 block of E. Elkhorn Ave. On scene a 28 year old Estes Park male was charged with two counts of harassment and he was transported to the Larimer County Jail.

On July 28 at 9:48 a.m. police were called to a verbal disturbance in the 1600 block of Soaring Circle Dr. Upon arrival they charged a 60 year old male from Estes Park with obstructing a peace officer, he was later released on a summons.

On July 28 at 4:20 p.m. a 26 year old female from Fort Collins who was wanted on a warrant turned herself in at the EPPD. The warrant was from Larimer County for failure to appear on a traffic offense.

On July 29 at 11:22 p.m. police were called to a disturbance in the 900 block of Big Thompson Ave. Upon arrival they charged a 39 year old Estes Park female with third degree assault and domestic violence and she was transported to the Larimer County Jail.
