Art Market In Bond Park This Weekend, May 28th–May30th
Has the season finally arrived? Mother Nature sure has kept us guessing! But, come sunshine, rain, or snow, it is time to kick off a summer of fun in the newly renovated Bond Park, with our 12th annual Art Market!
The Art Center of Estes Park is excited to bring you the 2011 version of it’s juried fine arts show, with a new festival layout and terrific participating artists. It all takes place this entire Memorial Day weekend May 28 – 30. Art Market hours are Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Monday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
So, visit Estes Park, and stop by the Art Market to see a wide variety of fine arts and crafts. There will be almost 100 juried artists from all around Colorado and surrounding states, presenting one-of-a-kind hand crafted artistic works. You will be sure to find that treasure or special gift you have been looking for! There are art vendors providing fine pieces in the areas of; stained glass, functional pottery & ceramics, water color paintings, leather handbags, oil paintings, woodcrafts,, fiber art, metal, photography, jewelry and much more.
Back for another year is Bloomberries Box Cart where you can sip on a lemonade and enjoy a Philly Cheesesteak or Boulder Sausage plus a Funnel Cake while listening to the live music of Andean Nation! Also available throughout the weekend is the wonderful aroma and crunch of toasted almonds, from a local favorite, Nutz 4 Life.
After you have enjoyed your tour of the Art Market, please make your way to the Art Center of Estes Park located in Middle Stanley Village between the Safeway and the Subway stores. There you will find even more fine art from a wide selection of Front Range artists. The Art Center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
