Frederick R. Wojcik
Frederick R. Wojcik, 64, of Estes Park, Colorado passed away May 14, 2012 from complications of pancreatic cancer. Fred was born August 25, 1947, to Bruno and Florence Wojcik in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Fred was an enthusiastic participant in many of life’s pursuits…..paperboy, altar boy, Marine, accountant, entrepreneur, innkeeper, Lion, golfer and woodworker to name just a few. He truly loved the west and moved from Milwaukee to Cheyenne and purchased Cheyenne Outfitters. He owned and operated Timber Creek Chalets in Estes Park for 7 years after leaving Wyoming. At the time of his death, he and his wife, Debbie, operated Eve Brochure Rack Services in the Estes Valley.
Fred is survived by his wife, Debbie, of Estes Park; three children from a previous marriage Analisa Wojcik of Milwaukee, WI, Andrew Wojcik of Boulder, CO, and Katherine Wojcik of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by his siblings; Joan and Oraian Pawlak of Milwaukee, WI, Ronald and Sandra Wojcik of Brookhaven, MS, and Cynthia and Jeffery Schultz of Cottage Grove, WI. Fred was predeceased by his parents, Bruno and Florence Wojcik and his devoted labrador retriever, Radar.
A celebration of Fred’s life will be held June 16, 2012 at 2pm at his home in Estes Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Lion’s Club of Estes Park, or the Pet Association of Estes Park in care of Allnutt Funeral Service 1302 Graves Ave. Estes Park 80517.
