Police Report

The charge(s) are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On March 6 at 3:10 p.m. police were called for a robbery that had just taken place at 103 W. Elkhorn Ave. The suspect, a male, approximately six feet tall and 150 pounds was wearing black clothing and a ski mask, fled the crime scene and was last seen running south on Moraine Ave. The Estes Park Police Department has called this a Crimestoppers case and are offering a reward of up to $2,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of whoever committed this crime. Through an extensive communications network between the community, law enforcement and the media, Crimestoppers solicits information from citizens whenever a crime is committed. You are not required to give your name, and you will be eligible to receive a cash reward if the person(s) involved in this crime is convicted.

On March 9 at 7:59 a.m. police received a call from the business owner at 900 Moraine Ave. that sometime during the night criminal mischief took place and a person(s) forced entry into the business. Items in the store were taken. Police are also calling this a Crimestoppers case and are offering a reward of up to $2,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of whoever committed this crime.
