Sherry Fry

Estes Park resident Sherry Fry died at  2:45 p.m. on September 5, 2009. She was 66 years old. Sherry Ann St. John was born January 17, 1943 in La Junta, CO. Her parents were Albert S. and Rosalie (Spade) St. John.

Sherry graduated from High School in Leoti, Kansas. She worked for the Department of Agriculture, in banking and at the front desk in several motels in Branson, MO and Estes Park, CO. She lived in, Kansas, California, Nebraska, Missouri and Colorado before becoming a permanent resident of Estes Park in 1978.

Later she worked with self-help organizations. She enjoyed the beauty of the mountains, Rocky National Park, and Estes Park.

Sherry is survived by her husband Steve of Estes Park, a son Lance Fry of Estes Park, a brother Don St. John of Leoti, Kansas various nieces and nephews and a host of friends from around the country. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held on September 19, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the Overlook Ranch, Estes Park, CO. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Estes Valley in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 1302 Graves Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517.
