William G. Marsh
Bill Marsh, 67, of Overland Park, KS, peacefully passed in his home on April 21, 2009.
Bill was born February 9, 1942, in Washington, DC. He was stationed in Germany with the Army, where he met his wife of 41 years. A resident of Overland Park since 1969, he retired from Sears after 35 years as a service technician. Bill spent his time traveling, bicycling, and fishing.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Irmgard Marsh. He is survived by his children Heinz Huester, his wife, Teresa, of Fairfield, CA, and Suzi Maxim, and her companion, Carl Barba, of Overland Park, KS. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Natasha Huester of Mt. Laurel, NJ, and Jessica Huester of Los Angeles, CA. Bill’s surviving siblings are Peter Marsh of Estes Park, CO, Rick Marsh of Longmont, CO, and Annelee Marsh of Lawrence, KS.
Arrangements are being taken care of by McGilley & Hoge Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2009, with a Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. at McGilley & Hoge Chapel, 8024 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, KS.
