2010 EPURA Special Election Information

On January 12, 2010 voters will decide whether or not to abolish the current Estes Park Urban Renewal Authority (EPURA) and if a vote of approval will be required before the creation of any new Urban Renewal Authority.

• Voters registered in Estes Park Town limits are eligible to vote in this election.  (Registrations were accepted through December 14.)

• Ballots were mailed by Larimer County the week of December 21, 2009.

• Ballots cannot be forwarded. To have a ballot mailed to an address other than a registered address, fill out a Mail-In Ballot Application by January 5, 2010.  Form is available at Town Clerk’s Office (address below) and at www.estes.org/TownClerk.

• Ballots may be returned from now through January 12, 2010 during normal business hours to any of the following locations. All locations are open until 7 p.m. on Election Day, January 12.
