New Driver’s License Office In Loveland Boasts No Lines!
No lines! The new driver’s license office in Loveland opened on May 16th and the employees at the new DMV are just like the Maytag repairman, they’re lonely! You can get in and get out and leave with your new driver’s license in no time flat. We’ve heard from so many Estes Park residents that this new office has no wait and the employees are worried they’ll get shut down, due to lack of customers.
The new DMV is located in the Palmer Gardens Shopping Center, 118 E. 29th St., Suite F. Their hours are Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Their phone number is (970) 667-7247.
Gov. Ritter and State Sen. Steve Johnson cut the ribbon and officially opened the Colorado driver’s license office in Loveland on May 16 because Ritter said he heard regularly from Coloradans complaining about wait times at DMV offices. This new office aims to alleviate that.
Prior to its closure several years ago during an economic downturn, the old Loveland DMV issued more than 25,000 driver’s licenses each year. The Loveland shutdown forced those in need of the DMV to travel to Longmont, Fort Collins or Greeley. Now we all have a new option.
An Estes Park resident who recently traveled to the new Loveland DMV said, “I think this is a great deal, no lines, no wait. It was great, try it, you’ll like it!”
